Our promise

We'd rather you have the right equipment than keep the wrong one. If something isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items that are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging with all accessories. Used or assembled items can be returned only if they arrived damaged or defective. A few large freight items have different return terms, which are listed on their product pages.

Return shipping and fees

There's no restocking fee. Once we approve your return, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost. Please ship the item within 7 days of approval.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

Want a different model? Exchanges follow the same 30-day terms, with no fee.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. After it ships, use the return process above.
